2nd set I have had off WheelBase within last 6 months.- fitted by them. Truly outstanding service from these guys, they helped me out when I needed it this time by bringing forward the fitting appointment, squeezing us into their diary when they were busy (after I suffered a blow out on tyres/wheels that were due to be replaced)....got me back on the road in 24 hrs in comparison to Mercedes Main Dealer whom doesn't want to know me....4 weeks after purchasing a brand new Mercedes !!!

Obviously handing money over to buy some wheels on the Internet what’s the first time for me? However I was informed constantly about the Dilivery and when they arrived the packaging or boxes were very sick secure. I was impressed with that and then when I opened the box how the ways themselves were protected again I was impressed but most of all the ways look amazing. The Quality is outstanding. I would definitely order again in fact, my husband and the Garage that are going to fit them with very impressed. I am very happy to give this wheelbase five stars all day long. If you have come to this company and not sure about buying the wheels for your car, read my review because I do not trust the Internet or Companies because it’s not very rarely I would buy from the Internet but I will be buying again from wheel base.

Due to health problems I have been unable to fit the new wheels/tyres .Wheelbase did not have wheels/tyres in stock but they were delivered within 7 days.Phoned them up a couple of times and were always helpful.Wheels are nice.Good company to deal with.Just hope they fit OK.

I fitted a wide body kit on my CLS63, which meant it was not just a make of car and choose a wheel. If it was not for Stephens time at the Oldham branch, knowledge and product skills in specking the offset, it would have been a nightmare. Great company and very easy to deal with and communicate with I picked the wheel and tyre package I wanted and chose the 6 months interest free option which again was really easy to apply for and sort out and they then messaged me back to advise that my could would require tyre sensors so they sorted that out too 👍🏻 3 days later I had the wheels and tyres balanced and fitted with the tyre sensors delivered to my home which I then fitted the following day and couldn’t be any happier with how they look on the car

I have been trying do a while to get some wheels and was recommended wheelbasealloys by a friend and I ca not express how easy the web site is to use do one I received my order In about 10 days and this is amazing to say where I live I did have a problem with the front wheels tho as the wheels hit the brakes so I emailed on a late Friday evening thinking wild not get a reply till Monday as it was late Friday but I got a reply with in 5 mins and after explaining my problem the gentleman had it all sorted and the parts needed and new bolts (longer) out for delivery straight away and expecting them today (Tuesday ) at no extra cost I can’t not praise this company and the customer service enough so so glad I used them and will be again in the future
