Wanted to buy 18in Romac Pulse silver wheels for my VW Beetle Cabriolet. Wheelbase clearly verified suitability for my car, had them in stock, with competitive pricing, promise of quick delivery. Also most importantly offered no obligation, no fuss, return policy unlike some of their competitors who ruled out 'change of mind' option. Used reputable carrier DPD and wheels were delivered on time, next day after order, perfectly wrapped and packed in individual stiff boxes exactly made to fit the 18in wheel by 8in width with no gaps or movement and full protection. Complete set of fitting instructions with free fitting kit and I added chrome valves and locking wheel bolts which finished the purchase. I even was able to use the same boxes to pack up, despatch and sell my old wheels! Would highly recommend. As a final comment, a mock up/image of the customer's car with the ability to switch wheel designs to give actual impression of finished article would help when choosing design from the hundreds available, Actually already available on one competitor web site I found. Would recommend adding to Wheelbase web site.
