My experience with WheelsBase has been fantastic from start to finish. Communication was spot on, and everything was handled really smoothly. I had some difficulties getting my aftermarket wheels fitted to my Mercedes, as Mercedes themselves were unwilling to fit them. The team at WheelsBase were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain my options and advising me on alternative ways to get the wheels fitted. They were very helpful on the phone and gave me plenty of useful advice throughout the process. You can really tell they care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to help. I really appreciate all the time and support they gave me. I’m looking forward to getting the wheels fitted and seeing how good they look on my car. I’ll be uploading some pictures soon! Great service, excellent communication, and a company I would definitely recommend. Keep up the great work, WheelsBase!

Unfortunately the wheels did not arrive to your premises when expected and this caused a delay in delivery to my warehouse for shipping. This caused a financial cost to me as other items had to be stored waiting on the wheels.

Over the moon with my purchase. From initially picking wheelbase to supply my wheels, a conversation with a member of staff putting my mind at rest regarding delivery options and the incredible speed in which the process took from placing the order to receiving the wheels.
