I received the wheels, tires, and TPMS sensors yesterday. Due to inclement weather, I have not yet proceeded with the installation. The wheels are of exceptional quality and arrived in pristine condition, which was a primary concern given potential handling risks during transit. Upon inspection, they are flawless. However, I would like to address a concern regarding the ordering process. The website indicated that the items were in stock, suggesting a delivery timeframe of 2–3 days. This information proved inaccurate, as the wheels were not in stock and required shipment from Europe. Consequently, the fulfillment process took nearly a month, from my order date of September 25th until receipt yesterday. While I am very pleased with the product quality, condition upon arrival, and the competitive pricing, I recommend that your inventory management system be updated to provide more accurate availability information. Providing customers with transparent lead times prior to purchase would allow them to make informed decisions regarding whether to select items currently in stock or those requiring special order. I am more than happy to recommend Wheelbase, the selection is vast and as such it's understandable that they cannot possibly stock every size of every wheel but this must be conveyed to customers before they order, not after.

Friendly staff polite on the phone definitely know there wheels been using them since late 90’s god knows how many wheels I’ve had last purchase vossen hf5 gloss black they sorted the off set and rim width. After an argument with a pothole my wheel buckled and the repair just didn't fix it.
