I bought a set of 19-inch alloy wheels with tyres, including a free fitting kit. I also purchased locking wheel bolts for extra security in case anyone tried to steal my new wheels. I can't fault Wheelbase at all. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and I received regular updates on my order throughout the whole process, which I thought was very professional. When my order arrived, the DPD driver accidentally dropped one of the wheels off the trolley. I was worried it might have damaged the wheel, so I checked it straight away. Thankfully, there wasn't a mark on it because Wheelbase had packed the wheels extremely well with plenty of protective layers. It was clear that they had taken great care to make sure the wheels arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I would definitely recommend Wheelbase. Great customer service, excellent communication, professional packaging, and some really cool wheels. Very happy with my purchase!

Looking for a company you can trust and has excellent customer service then look no further. My son bought alloys a few months ago but due to accident needed to replace two of them. I bought the replacements for him . When ordered the wheelbase team were on the ball and checked back with me that the order was correct and that I wanted the same wheels again. Unfortunately the ones I needed (to match) were out of stock but was giving plenty options (refund ect) . I asked to continue with order and wait. This was no problem as thanks to Daniel Munby who sent me updates I was kept in the loop. Wheels have arrived now in perfect condition so I have a happy son . I bought a set of aloys and winter tyres from Wheelbase in 2022, and I was super happy then. Fast forward a few years and one of the wheels -due to potholes - is damaged beyond economical repair. Wheelbase have supplied same wheel , replacement spigot ring and a fitting kit. Staff super helpful and the wheel arrived a day before promised . Listen if you’re looking for new wheels for your car , you can’t go wrong if you trust your business to wheelbase . I’m a repeat customer and I will be again.
