Website was easy to navigate, I ordered 19” Bola wheels with P-Zero tyres package and tyre pressure monitors.. wheels were delivered ready to install and TPMS coded. Couldn’t find anyone else that provided this ready to install service..

The ordering process was nice and easy. The people I spoke with on email were very helpful and also responded very quickly. The website states delivery in 1-2 days however my wheels took 2 weeks to arrive as they had to order them from manufacturer. Other than thst it was all perfect. Wheels look great as well

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WHEELBASE – PROPER SERVICE, PROPER PEOPLE, PROPER JOB From the very first click, Wheelbase made it ridiculously easy. I secured 0% finance over 12 months through Snap Finance, which — as any father treating his son’s pride and joy will tell you — softens the financial sting rather nicely. Their website? Dangerous territory for petrolheads. The selection of wheels and tyres is massive. You can mix, match and spec to your heart’s content. It was genuinely easy to find the perfect setup to suit the rims we’d chosen. Communication was first class. From the moment I placed the order, I was kept informed every step of the way — phone calls, texts, updates — the lot. No chasing. No guessing. Just proper customer service. Now the emotional bit… My son recently bought his dream car — a very rare 33-year-old 1993 Mercedes-Benz 190E LE. Only five of these remain taxed and on the road. It’s destined for greatness… but right now, let’s say it’s in its “before” era. A bit shabby. Slightly unloved. Character building, we’ll call it. So I decided to treat him to a new set of boots. Because let’s be honest — even a scruffy car looks like it means business with the right wheels. We visited the Wheelbase showroom in Oldham on 27/02/26 — and wow. Walls and walls of wheels. For two lifelong petrolheads, it was like being locked overnight in Willy Wonka’s alloy factory. We’d already ordered a set of Deep Dish AXE EX10 18x8j with 225/40 tyres. Job done… or so we thought. The car went into the fitting bay — which, by the way, was like stepping into a beehive. Staff buzzing around everywhere, calmly fulfilling orders like they were making honey. You can choose to take the wheels away or have them fitted on site — and I’m very glad we chose fitting. That’s when Dennis — the resident expert, and clearly a man who knows his arches from his offsets — gently informed us that our original setup would catch the arches. Now… we could have taken it as bad news. Instead, it turned into a masterclass in service. They didn’t just shrug and say “that’s what you ordered.” They went out of their way to make it right. They tested a different tyre size on the rim. Didn’t quite work. Off it came. Then fitted a 235/35 — perfect stance, perfect clearance. And crucially for me… they kept it within budget. No drama. No sharp intakes of breath at the till. That, to me, is proper customer care. The result? The 190E now looks absolutely gangster. The wheels completely transform it. Even with a body that’s still waiting for its glow-up, it now stands apart from any other 190E on the road. But more important than the wheels was the service. The team at Wheelbase were outstanding. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable — and didn’t bat an eyelid at two grown men hovering, watching, photographing every step like proud parents at a school play. A massive shout-out to Dennis and his young colleague — absolute credit to the company. And the admin guy at reception, whose name I completely forgot in the excitement — but you know who you are. Calm, welcoming, organised… and probably wondering why two middle-aged lads were grinning at alloys like they’d just won the lottery. I will not hesitate to recommend Wheelbase at every given opportunity. You were brilliant. Good service once the wheels had cleared customs into UK (took 2+ weeks). Once you received the wheels you kept me well up to date with their progress and you had them to me within a couple of days of you receiving them Wheels were balanced and ready to go. The advice given on reducing wheel size and the correct tyre size to use with them was excellent. The all terrain tyre looks the part but need testing to see how good they are off road. They look good! Thank you
