I bought a set of Rota wheels for my MX5 last year, and got great service from Wheelbase. Last week I had a minor problem with a brake caliper sticking on, and the heat generated caused one of the plastic centre caps to fall off and the plastic spigot ring to crack. I phoned Wheelbase asking for a price for the replacement parts, and they sent a pair of spigots free of charge in the next post, and also contacted Rota, who sent me a replacement centre cap - also free of charge. That was excellent Customer Service. The problem was nothing to do with the wheels, but Wheelbase still made sure I had everything I needed. I've now replaced both front brake calipers, and everything looks as good as new. This was my second set of wheels from Wheelbase, and I won't buy from anywhere else.

It took a little longer than expected to recive, but great product and all delivered now. I ended up doing a fair bit of research as I wanted to locate wheels that were exactly the same size as those on my certificate of conformity and preferably with European test approval for my vehicle (wanting to avoid the use of spacers) so the search could be improved to locate these, but I don't beleive anybody is doing a better job and my vehicle is not particularly commonplace. I would definiatly use this company again,
