Wheels arrived quickly considering they had to be ordered from the manufacturer directly! Sadly when they arrived the offset didn’t quite clear the front calipers. I called up wheelbase and the customer support team immediately sorted me out and helped me sort this out so quickly. The team was incredibly helpful, I would order again!!

Fantastic service and an amazing set of wheels! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish. They actually took the time to get in contact with me and recommend alternative tyre sizes that would be better suited to my vehicle, which was really appreciated and gave me confidence that I was getting the right setup. The wheels themselves are absolutely amazing — they look even better in person and have completely transformed the look of the car. The quality is excellent, and the whole package arrived exactly as expected. Really impressed with both the product and the level of customer service. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

Right from the first phone call to Wheelbase Alloys i was at ease because i had many questions regarding replacing 17” wheels with 15” wheels on my Fiesta Active (purely for a more comfortable ride and the price difference between like for like 15” & 17” tyre). The advice & information from Paul was excellent and easy to understand so i placed my order. Communication was great with regular updates and when they were ready i booked in to have them fitted free at their premises (rapid delivery is also available for a very reasonable £25). My order consisted of 4 wheels and tyres with free fitting kit, all wheels balanced, supply and fit tyre pressure sensors (programmed to the correct frequency for my car). On the day of my appointment, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I also took with me four 3mm spacers/shims and asked if they could fit them for me which they did. I had also taken four storage bags for my old wheels and when they bought the car out of the workshop the had put them in the bags and they were in the back of my car. All sorted in less than an hour with no fuss, no add-ons or extra charges. Well worth the trip up to Oldham. Great experience all round from start to finish and about 10% cheaper than a couple of other places i had spoken to. Highly recommended 10/10, give them a call.
