I was happy with the wheels I bought that is until I went to get them fitted they actually sent the wrong nuts the locking nuts were fine but the rest of nuts had the wrong thread on them 🤔 I mean how can they send 2 different types of threads phoned them up and they said they were sorry and will send the right ones next day delivery to say I am not impressed is an understatement

What can I say………excellent experience all round. So many alloy wheel shops in the UK but I am 100% glad I bought from WheelBase!!!! Michael spent a lot of time going over the options for my TT. Even though I changed my mind and couldn’t make up mind nothing was any problem to him. Micheal spent a huge amount of time with me on the phone all the time, but I was never treated like a pest and nothing was any problem issue. No hard sale as he recognised that design is all about taste, and was never judgemental which ever route I wanted to take, Micheal just made sure I got the look I was after. I would also like to mention that they also have a new member of staff who also was helpful (sorry forgot your name). Already very knowledgeable in my opinion and always clarified any information he wasn’t sure of, to ensure I received a first class service and not guessing causing delays and mixed advice. If you want fantastic customer care followed up by impeccable product knowledge this is the place for you. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Love my new Wheels. I had a slight delay in the wheels arriving, but arrived the day I needed to put them on. Had the tyre pressure sensors fitted, but don’t work. Call the guys at wheelbase next day, had a tyre sensor machine turn up to recalibrate. I haven’t had time to do this yet but impressed with the speed in which that arrived. I’ve already recommended to a friend. Very happy over all.

Bought 4 sets of wheels over the years from Wheelbase never had any problems thats why i keep going back to Wheelbase...These wheels were the cheapest by about £50 from all the other Alloy Wheel Distributions from the ordering to the communication process to the delivery i was updated by email on every part of the journey and they gave me BLACK wheel nuts and also 4 Locking Wheel Nuts and 4 spare Wheel Nuts...By far the best wheel company by far in my opinion
