I wanted a new set of good quality alloys for my van. Having searched around I opted to go with Wheelbase. Having chosen the set I wanted, I was told that it would take 7 to 12 days for them to arrive as they were coming from Italy. Wheelbase monitored the delivery process all the way through, keeping me informed as to when the wheels had been dispatched from the manufacturers, to when they had reached customs, right up to when they had been given to DPD. Then DPD took over and were very prompt in delivering them to my home address the next day.
