I initially made an order and then received an email and text reporting that the wheels I had ordered were out of stock. I then placed another order as advised, due to the inconvenience they reported they would fund the difference if the new wheels were more expensive and I contacted the team. I spoke with a young man named Aaron (I think that was his name) who was absolutely amazing after I had explained my recent stresses, the airline fracture and that I was back and forth to Manchester. He stated he would take the stress of the wheels from me and would get everything sorted and would guarantee I would get my new wheels within 72 hours. This was done and I actually received them within 48 hours. He made sure that everything was accurate and correct, pressure sensors and wheel nuts so that when they arrived they could be put straight on the car. The communication was of a very high standard, professional and reduced my stress levels. The wheels look fantastic and the quality is excellent. A great company with amazing staff, who are reliable, professional and passionate about their work and helping others. Would highly recommend them for your alloys.

Alloys look far better in reality than looking at images, I had ordered these on a Tuesday afternoon and received them by 2.30pm Thursday, so pretty impressed. I wasn’t going to be in so I had left instructions for the delivery to be placed in the garage which the driver did which was a great help. 5 star for Wheelbase. Excellent fitment and came with black nuts. Looks amazing on the car! Kept me up to date with delivery times. 1 star for DPD doing the delivery. Utterly terrible service. They delivered one wheel at 10am then I got the remaining three wheels at 2pm. First driver deliberately avoided the multi item delivery so he could still get paid for the "delivery" knowing fine well it was a 4 item package. Second driver was amazing and explained this scam done by some drivers but yeah, full day wasted waiting on the wheels because DPD are lazy/cheeky wee fuds.

I went looking for new alloys, when the potholes of Scotland, left me with one undamaged alloy on my car. I found WheelbaseAlloys, easily on the web, found their website incredibly easy to navigate, loved the fact that I put my car and I got the choices laid out for me, after a quick check that my tyres would fit, great option. Decision made, went for fitting kit and new locking bolts, cannot fault how easy it was to order. The communications back from Wheelbase was beyond what I experienced before, kept informed at every step. New Alloys arrived by courier , fitted by local garage, one minor issue , the bolts and spacers supplied were too short , I needed 12.5mm spacers and longer bolts, absolutely minor as far as I am concerned. Great wheels, great choice, truly amazing service.
