I had to contact Wheelbase because I needed some help and advice and they could not have been more friendly and helpful. My whole experience with them has been excellent. The wheels were fitted today and they look absolutely amazing. Our BMW 3 Series previously had run flats which were a nightmare because of the condition of our roads but these new wheels will solve this problem. We were worried it would take the look away from the car but it has definitely enhanced it and I cannot express enough how pleased we are with them and with the service we received from Wheelbase.

First thing , I bought a set of rims last year.. they still look brand new. That says a lot about the quality. I just bought a set of locking wheel nuts to replace my old ones and tbh , I should have done it sooner. For £20 definitely worth every penny. I only drive a 2011 Fiat 500c , it is well looked after and since I had the wheels fitted I have been told by many strangers how nice they are and they go well with my little car. Thank you for your help Dan

5* service from this company. Having had a mix up with my wheels (my fault), they corrected this with no quibble. They were incredibly helpful and provided amazing customer service. The wheels look perfect on my camper and are a high quality too. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to others!

I purchased a set of alloy wheels for my VW etransporter. I required some help with the tyres and tyre sensors. I was incredibly impressed with the member of staff I spoke to who helped me through the whole process of ordering the alloys and tyres. They arrived within a week and work perfectly with the van and I have had no issues with the sensors. I would totally recommend this site.

Recommended by a friend after car failed MOT for cracked alloys. Called in without appointment and witnessed and experienced what I can only describe as some of the best customer service/sales I’ve seen for along time. The staff I witnessed 1st hand (I think 6 in total) professional, polite and the reason I said customer service before sales earlier was because that’s what I witnessed. Advising, giving options an no “pushy” sales. Thank you for a 5star transaction.

Great black lacquer wheels make the car look really smart. Make sure your garage don't lose the spigot rings that make them fit. Mine lost one, bad for the wheel, took a while to identify. Wheelbase supplied new ones very swiftly to remedy this. Thank you wheelbase. Excellent service.
