Excellent service with good prices and very fast shipping times.

Having decided to smarten up my car, I began looking for some new alloy wheels. Following a quick google search, I soon spotted Wheelbase who had slashed the prices of any or their competitors. As soon as I had placed my order, I recieved a confirmation email followed by progress emails. The wheels arrived next day, and boy was I impressed. A totally excellent service at prices which cannot be beaten.

Easy to use wseb site found the wheels I wanted, they were delivered very quickly and came very well protected withg packaging. Tyres were fitted and balanced. They are on the van and look a treat. Very impressed with the service.

Wheels look great on my 2005 Ford Galaxy, only issue was received wrong fixing kit, contacted supplier direct and he sent me correct set in next post, said he had to guess as full details had not been supplied on this occasion.

I have no problems with the goods or service. I received the wheels & tyres exactly when you promised, they are exactualy what I ordered & although I have not, as yet, had them fitter I am very pleased with the service I received.

The Padua wheels i bought look good and were a fair price too. They came with a fitting kit of plastic rings and wheel nuts and i also bought locking nuts too. They arrived spot on time via DPD courier just one minute from the stated delivery time!!!!! The only but was they sent whell nuts not bolts and the locking ones were nuts not bolts but after a call the right ones arrived next day so all was well in the end... Overall a good and quick service i would use again for alloy wheels....

I had a wheel and tyre package and chose Falken ZE914 225/17R45 94XL tyres. The wheels came very well packaged and there was absolutely no marks whatsoever from the tyre fitters. I haven't done a lot of mileage yet but I am very happy with the tyre choice and was pleasantly surprised with the improved ride quality and lower road noise. There was a slight delay with delivery but the sales team kept me informed at all times. I would definitely recommend Wheelbase to friends and family based on my experience.

Purchased through Mike at WBA a set of alloys and tyre package, ordered on Thursday and was set for a delivery on Friday but due to the wheel suppliers arriving late WBA missed the time slot which was not their fault however they promised a Saturday delivery and that happened. Can't fault these guys good advice helpful and professional. Items were good quality better than photos on the site and were as described very pleased and will use again without doubt. My online order for 4 alloys was processed quickly - I was kept appraised throughout the order progress and had consignment tracking information - I received the wheels by courier on the day advised. A large range of Manufacturers ,wheel sizes and finishes were available. The wheels were really good value and the website had a simple but effective filtering system to select the make , model and year of vehicle. Ordered the wheels, were dispatched as soon as they had them in stock and arrived quickly and as described. The spacers which were included with the fitting kit were the wrong size. I called them, they sorted it out, and new spacers arrived the very next day. Couldn't believe how quickly they sorted the problem, certainly wasn't expecting to have my wheels fitted the next day! You never know how good the customer service will be until you have a problem and wheelbase were excellent. Not sure who I spoke to on the phone, but thanks a lot guys. Bought a set of reconditioned wheels for my MX5. The wheels are like new, really beautiful, - if I was being very picky, I would say that the paint was a little thin on the side of one spoke on one wheel but it's really not noticeable. Was looking to change e wheels / tyres on my kit car from 185/60/14 but was unsure of options. I had looked at multiple places wheels and always came back to the Wheelbase Alloy site and the 15" Jet RS Team Dynamics with Toyo T1R tyres as was most competitive and had the tyres I wanted. Spoke with Michael at the help desk who confirmed that 195/50/15 tyres,would be the best option and would fit my running gear but if any problems they would sort. Duly ordered and the following day they turned up - what can I say, they look fabulous, fitted first time with no issue and the car has oodles more grip. If anybody is looking to buy a set of alloys for the car Wheelbase Alloys should be first port of call!

The good thing about buying On Line is that I could spend as long as I wanted looking at all the wheels and tire combinations and their prices. I spent several weeks deciding and when I ordered it was very simple. There was a problem with the 1st delivery option as there was a hold up on the tires I had chosen but another delivery date was arranged to a different address and that went well. Wheels, Tires and Fitting Kit are all as advertised and are on my car now.

Bought a set of wheels and tyres for my 2000 BMW 3 Series. Found the whole experience excellent. I had cause to telephone Wheelbase with a couple of questions; found them very friendly and helpful. Delivery to the Isle of Man was very quick (3 days) and I must commend the carrier also, who took the trouble to telephone me prior to delivery. Most importantly the wheels and tyres were all that could be wanted and represented very good value for money.

Just fitted my new ZCW Gang R5s to my MX5 - they look fantastic! One small point - the 15" wheels, despite being advertised as fitting the MX5, clip the brake callipers. Had to fit a 3mm spacer to give enough clearance. Other than that, superb in every respect!

Delivery was promised by text between 10:52 and 11:52 ... brilliant, I'm 8 minutes away at work - turned into my street at 10:50 only to find the delivery had taken place.
