Who are Wheelbase?
Answer: Wheelbase are one of the UK’s largest suppliers of alloy wheels and performance tyres. We pride ourselves on our customer service and excellent reputation within the industry.

Answer: Wheelbase have been providing the public with top quality products for over 15 years. We have been located the same place throughout and expanded our warehouse space massively.

Answer: We know what we are talking about and we have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you’re not happy with any area of your buying experience with us, we will bend over backwards to help in any way we can. We also stock all the Items we advertise so we can dispatch or fit them straight away.
Do you have a showroom?
Answer: Yes we do. You can come a look at all the wheels we sell on display. We have stands available which you can put against your car to see which wheels will look best. We can also fit the wheels and tyres for FREE whilst you wait.

How long does delivery take??
Answer:Delivery to the UK is next working day.
Ireland is 2-3 days and Europe is 5-7 Days.
Times are based on all orders placed before 4pm.
What time should I expect delivery?
Answer:Delivery is normally made between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
If you require a specific delivery time please contact us.
What courier company do you use?
Answer:We use TNT for the majority of our deliveries.
We also use Business Post for some items.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Answer:Yes we can. If paying by paypal please make sure you change the address before you send the payment.
What happens if nobody is in to receive the delivery?
Answer:The courier driver may try to leave the goods with a neighbour. In most cases the goods will be returned to the local depot for collection or re-delivery.
My order has not arrived yet?
Answer:Don’t worry. Please contact our customer services on 0845 500 4004. We will find out the status of your delivery and sort out any issues.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer:We accept credit / debit cards, paypal, cheque, postal order, bank transfer and cash. Please do not send cash in the post.
What is your preferred method of payment?
Answer:Paypal and credit / debit card, they are instant and very secure methods of payment.
How do I pay by credit or debit card?
Answer:Please call our sales team on 0845 500 4004. We also accept credit / debit cards in store.
Paypal won’t let me pay for my goods?
Answer:In most cases you need to upgrade your paypal account by verifying your bank and address etc. This process takes a few days, we recommend paying by credit / debit card if this happens. Call us on 0845 500 4004.
How long does a cheque take to clear?
Answer:Cheques normally take 4-5 working days to clear upon receipt. Call us any time for an update on the progress.
Where should I post my cheque / postal order?
Answer:Wheelbase , Stockfield Road , Chadderton , Oldham , OL9 9LU.
What do I do if I receive an item that is damaged?
Answer:Please sign for the item as damaged. Then contact us on 0845 500 4004. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent ASAP. We will also collect the damaged item free of charge.
What if my order is incompatible?
Answer:In the rare event that your items are incompatible please contact us on 0845 500 4004 and we will arrange the best solution for you.
How long do I have to report a damaged or incompatible item?
Answer:Please report them straight away. All faulty or incompatible items need to be reported within 1 week upon receipt.
How do I return an Item?
Answer:Please call us on 0845 500 4004 and we will arrange collection. All you need to do is package the wheels up the best you can so they don’t get damaged in transit.
