Are these alloy wheels in stock?

Answer: Yes, these alloy wheels are in stock. We offer fast dispatch times with a fast delivery service to make sure you receive your wheels as soon as possible.

Will the wheels be supplied in the correct fitment?

Answer: Yes, before we dispatch your wheels, we will ensure the offset, bolt pattern and rim width are fully compatible for your vehicle.

The alloy wheel picture displays the wrong amount of stud holes for my vehicle?

Answer: Don't worry, the reason for this is that the image is provided by the manufacturer, and they very rarely provide one of each amount of stud holes. We promise that we will supply the wheels to you with the correct amount of stud holes for your vehicle, fully fitment checked and supplied with a free "brand new" compatible fitting kit.

Is it ok fit different size wheels & tyres than standard?

Answer: Yes, most people who buy alloy wheels and tyres do this. We will ensure that your new wheels and tyres are the same overall rolling radius as your current wheels and tyres, so that your handling and speedometer will not be affected.

Will I need to use my current nuts/bolts with the new wheels?

Answer: No, we highly recommend that you use the free fitting kit that we supply. This way we know that they are 100% compatible with your new wheels. The ones that we supply will be brand new, so they will look great with your brand new wheels.

Do you sell locking wheel nuts/bolts for these wheels?

Answer: Yes, for an additional £10.00 we can supply a locking wheel nut/bolt for each wheel. When you add your wheels to cart, you will be presented with a pop up where you can add additional accessories to your order, including locking wheel bolts.

Do you sell any other tyres than what is listed on your site?

Answer: Yes, we are able to supply any tyre you like. For a quotation please contact us online or call our dedicated sales team on 0845 500 4001.

Are the tyres in stock?

Answer: Yes, all of the tyres listed on our website are in stock.

If I buy a wheel and tyre package, are they fully fitted, inflated and balanced?

Answer: Yes, all packages are supplied fully fitted, inflated and balanced. All you need to do upon receiving them is bolt them straight on the vehicle with the fitting kit supplied. You could do this yourself or take them round to your local garage and have them fitted for a small charge.

Is the tyre size shown on your site correct for my vehicle?

Answer: In the large majority of cases, yes. We check our tyre size data against several leading providers to ensure that we display the correct size for your vehicle. If you would like to change the tyre size at all, you can do this by selecting a new tyre size to the left of the wheels & tyre packages.

Do you sell Winter tyres?

Answer: Yes we do. We highly recommend winter tyres as they provide far superior grip in temperatures below 7C. To find winter tyres all you need to do is click on the Wheel & Tyres Packages tab and scroll through the tyres until you see the blue winter packages.

Do you ship to my country?

Answer: Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. You can find out more deliver information about your country by selecting the delivery tab.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Answer: Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number with an online tracking link. You can track your order online or by ringing the delivery company on the phone number we provide. Also if you like, you can call us, and we can track your order for you.

How long does delivery take?

Answer: For your delivery estimate please view the delivery tab.

What time should I expect delivery?

Answer: Delivery's are normally made between the hours of 8am and 6pm. If you require a specific delivery time please contact us.

Which courier companies do you use?

Answer: To keep the cost down and level of service up, we use a few delivery companies. Our main delivery companies are TNT, DPD, UK Mail & UPS.

Is my delivery insured against damage and loss?

Answer: Yes, all deliveries are fully insured. In the very rare event of a damaged or lost delivery, we will replace the item(s) for you straight away, and claim from the courier company ourselves, ensuring that you receive your goods in 100% condition ASAP.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Answer: Yes, we can deliver to your place of work no problem. When you check out please enter your work address as the delivery address. Note: we may need to verify your work address with a change of address form via fax.

Can you deliver to my local garage?

Answer: Yes, we can deliver to your local garage no problem. When you check out please enter the garage address as the delivery address.

What happens if nobody is in to receive the delivery?

Answer: One of two things will happen. The delivery driver may attempt to leave the goods with a neighbour or the goods will be returned to the local depot overnight for collection or re-delivery the next day.

Answer: Don't worry. Please contact our customer services on 0845 500 4001. We will find out the status of your delivery and sort out any issues on your behalf.

What if my order is incompatible?

Answer: In the rare event that your items are incompatible. please contact us on 0845 500 4001 and we will arrange the best solution for you.

How long do I have to report a damaged or incompatible item?

What happens if my item develops a fault?

Answer: All products come with different warranty periods. Please report all faults to us and we will help you in any way we can.

How long does it take to receive a refund or replacement?
